Project FiftyOne is an initiative to educate and empower people on the topic of the Gender Health Gap in the UK, aiming to redefine women’s health beyond our reproductive systems and accelerate bridging the gap.
The Gender Health Gap: A phrase that refers to the lack of equality in healthcare for women compared to men. This comes in many forms, from representation in research samples to funding allocation and access to appropriate treatment.
The UK has the largest Gender Health Gap in the G20 countries and 12th largest globally and it’s time to change.
